Abstract This study assessed the effect of Qianhu ( Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn ) on recovery movement in mice with D-galactose-induced dyskinesia. The evaluation ability to exercise revealed that increased running and swimming time exhaustion In addition, measurement biochemical indices showed altered serum levels blood urea nitrogen (BUN), lactic acid (BLA), malonaldehyde (MDA), liver glycogen (HG), muscle (MG), while superoxide dismutase (SOD) glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) remained normal. Additionally, regulated mRNA expression copper/zinc-superoxide (Cu/Zn-SOD), manganese-superoxide (Mn-SOD), catalase (CAT), heme oxygenase 1(HO-1), nuclear factor erythroid2-related (Nrf2) syncytin-1 also protected against oxidative stress. analysis chemical composition it mainly contains isochlorogenic B, myricetin, baicalin, luteolin, kaempferol, which are known excellent antioxidants protect tissue damage due stress have anti-aging properties.
